Favorite Ways to Spray
1. Spritz over crisp lettuces or a vegetable platter, then sprinkle with crunchy salt and a drizzle of olive oil.
2. Spray onto a warm, savory dish like pasta or soup.
3. Add to a cool, fresh meal like a grain bowl, chilled noodle dish, or poke bowl.

The Story
Fin Frances was created by Nicole Twohy, a food and drink stylist who has worked as a culinary instructor, private chef, and restaurant cook.
Through her time in the food world, she’s become passionate about elevating the way we cook through solutions that are both beautiful and functional. When a plate of food hits the table, it’s a gift to the diner, it should look enticing and taste great. Nicole wanted to create a product that would help achieve this and expand the toolkit of what a home cook can use to wow guests.
