2. Late Harvest Peppercorn & Dulse
Sherry vinegar aged in the traditional Spanish solera process. Infused with late harvest peppercorns and dulse, a wild seaweed from the north coast of Maine. Spritz generously onto salads, roasted vegetables, steak and seafood.
